Bookings & Cancellation policy For some bookings we will require a credit card number to hold your appointment. Please inform our front desk co-ordinator if you have any special requirement or any serious health conditions. Cancellations must be advised 24 hours in advance or a late cancellation fee will apply - 50% of treatment charge on weekdays and 100% of treatment charge on weekends. Arriving Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment as late arrival may reduce your treatment time. All treatment times quoted include a full consultation. On arriving we respectfully request that all mobile phones be switched off. Meditation room Our therapeutic Meditation room offers a tranquil atmosphere, where you can enjoy a complimentary selection of cleansing, revitalising or energising beverages. N.B For group bookings or special events this room can be reserved for Lifespa lunch. Showers and changing rooms On your arrival for Spa treatments we will provide you with a robe, slippers and a locker for your personal belongings. In your locker you will find a selection of complimentary toiletries to shower with after your treatments. While we endeavour to look after your belongings we are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage of any items not left inside your locker. Lifespa consultation Our expert therapists offer a free consultation on any weekday & advice is always available for queries with regards to treatments or products. Retail therapy Have fun shopping, look, feel, touch, smell… Lifespa houses many of the best skin care products from around the world, along side a selection of unique and rewarding gifts for all occasions. Gift certificates Lifespa Gift Vouchers make a special and very personal gift for friends, lovers, would-be lovers or family. They are also a thoughtful and unusual thank you for staff or customers, appreciated as much by men as women. You can purchase Lifespa vouchers for a specific treatment or combination of treatments.
